The minimum order value (without shipping costs) is 15,00 €.
Delivery costs for standard parcels (DPD) up to 31 kg: 4,95 €
Delivery costs for standard parcels (DPD Express) up to 31 kg: 16,50 €
Delivery costs for standard parcels up (DHL) to 31,5 kg: 7,45 €
If the items need to be shipped in multiple parcels, we calculate 4,95 € / 16,50 € (DPD / DPD Express), 7,45 € (DHL) or 16,50 € (DPD Express) per parcel.
Shipping costs for one standard parcel up to 31 kg (DPD only) with order value from 75,00 €: 0,00 €
Shipping costs for bulky goods: 32,45 € (DHL), 8,95 € (DPD)

Delivery times within Germany
The delivery time for standard parcels via DPD or DHL is 1 - 2 working days.
The delivery time for standard parcels via DPD Express is 1 working day (Next day delivery applies only when order is completed by 12:00 PM at the latest. Please see the lowest paragraph on this page for more information).
The delivery time for delivery by forwarder is 2 - 4 working days.

We only ship standard parcels up to 31 kg to the countries listed below. Unfortunately we can not ship to countries that are not listed. To delivery areas 1-4 we ship with DPD, for delivery area 5 we use DHL. If the order needs to be divided into multiple parcels, each parcel will be charged with the delivery area's shipping costs. This does not apply to delivery area 5 whose shipping costs are calculated by weight.
If the order is shipped to non-EU countries, we will not add VAT to the invoice.

Information about Click & Collect
How does Click & Collect work?
You can shop online on our website by adding your desired items to the cart. To proceed the checkout you have the option to either pay online in advance or pay on location.
Already 2 hours after we have received your order, the items are ready to collect in our store. Please note that you need to pick up your order within 7 days. Unfortunately we can not deposit your items any longer. Please have your order confirmation on hand (tip: you can show us your order confirmation on your smartphone instead of printing the document).
Click & Collect is only available within Germany.
Information about the scheduled delivery time
Items marked as „Available immediately” that are ordered and paid until 11:00 AM on working days will be shipped same-day. Items that are available, but need to be ordered from our suppliers have different delivery times. Those items are labeled as „Available, will be ordered from supplier”. Delivery times for these items will be stated on the product page and during the checkout process.
If special pick-up times apply (e. g. during Christmas season), we will inform you seperately on our website.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship your order in one order collectively, except we have discussed differently with you. For collective orders the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery date applies.
The term for delivery begins two days after issuing the payment to the financial institution (bank transfer). For other payments the term of delivery is due by the day the contract is concluded. For all payment methods the term of delivery ends by termination of the term's last day. In case the last day is a Saturday or Sunday or another offical bank holiday that applies on the place of delivery, it will be replaced with the next working day.
