TRAINING YOUNG TALENTS
In the past few years, young talents have competed their apprenticeships in the devisions retail, logistics, e-commerce and gardening. To offer the best training possible, we work closely together with the professional schools and the responsible chambers (IHK/LWK). Our experienced employees are supporting our apprentices and show them from scatch how all the different tasks work.
GOODIES
The well-being and a secure future of our employees is one of the most important things for us. To ensure this, we offer an attractive company pension scheme, bike-leasing and a bonus programme. Thanks to our coffee and tea flatrate, our employees can help themselves with hot drinks whenever they feel like it. On top of that, we offer each other delicious snacks every now and then.
